Program Overview: Everyone has heard about the Affordable Care Act (ACA), but not many understand the implications of this brand new law. This webinar will focus on programs, benefits, and rights under the ACA that will be of great interest to women living with disabilities. It will provide useful info on 1) Preventive Services, 2) Medicare Benefits 3) Reducing Health Disparities and 4) Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan and Anti-discrimination Provisions. The webinar will also highlight coverage of children and consumer protection offered by ACA. There will be time to ask questions and get valuable feedback from our presenter.
