This webinar will introduce you to the first nutrition book ever created specifically for spinal cord injury (SCI) as well providing you with nutrition information such as nutrient deficiencies that people living with SCI are at risk of, why it is important to supplement, etc. We will address two specific secondary health issues: weight gain and pressure sores and discuss case studies for each of these issues. Each topic will include specific foods to have and avoid, amounts/servings to consume, supplements and other dietary recommendations that will help you improve your health and quality of life.
