ABLE to Travel provides knowledgeable travel agents that have dealt with all issues related to accessible travel.

We wanted to visit Italy for a long time, primarily for the art and history, but were worried about access for a wheelchair user. Only after talking to Able to Travel, which worked closely with sources in Italy to ensure the best possible accessibility, did we begin to plan. That’s not to say access was perfect. “To go around the garden at the Villa d’Este in Tivoli, we had to transfer onto a golf cart. Still, by sticking to the plan assembled by Able to Travel, most problems were manageable and the places we visited were remarkably accessible.

Everything worked out so well that my stay in Florida surpassed all of my expectations. Starting with my seat assignments on the flight down, ground transportation, hotel room, suggested attractions……. everything was tailor suited for someone using a wheelchair. My trip was virtually stress-free.

Or a cruise
Oasis of the Seas is the most accessible ship I have sailed on. The 46 staterooms are located on all decks and spread among the various cabin types. But what I enjoyed most was no tendering. When we docked at the ports, I was able to roll off and on the ship via the gangway ramp even at Royal’s private island.
