Project Walk Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Center, an internationally recognized organization, exists to provide an improved quality of life to people with a spinal cord injury. Project Walk offers several programs to meet the needs of the SCI community and optimize our clients’ chances for recovery. Through activity-based training sessions, online programs and locations throughout the world, Project Walk gives people with a spinal cord injury the independence, hope and dreams that recovery is possible.
Center of Recovery & Exercise
The Center of Recovery & Exercise is committed to providing a comprehensive activity based neurorecovery program developed specifically for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other related disorders to achieve optimal functional recovery, health and independence. The CORE program utilizes exercise science fundamentals in combination with state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled trainers in a safe, supportive, goal oriented environment.

Project Walk Orlando exists to provide those living with a spinal cord injury the opportunity to achieve their greatest recovery potential and an overall increased quality of life.
Neuro Fit 360
NeuroFit360 exists to challenge the status quo by pushing the boundaries of preconceived notions regarding physical abilities and to improve the quality of life of individuals with neurological injuries through intense exercise-based recovery program, education, support and encouragement.
- NeuroFit360 provides a safe, high intensity program designed to promote recovery and well being for individuals suffering from post-neurological trauma.
- NeuroFit360 provides an intense repetitive exercise based program tailored to meet individual needs for clients of any age, appropriate during any stage of recovery with physician approval.
- The NeuroFit360 program promotes exercise intervention as a tool for prevention of secondary unwanted health conditions i.e. pressure sores, joint contractures, and heterotopic ossification.

Florida Spinal Cord Injury Resource Center
The Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program (BSCIP) administers a statewide coordinated system of care to serve persons who have sustained moderate-to-severe traumatic brain and/or spinal cord injuries. The Program is mandated by Chapter 381, F.S., to provide eligible persons the opportunity to obtain the necessary rehabilitative services enabling them to be referred to a vocational rehabilitation program or to return to an appropriate level of functioning in their community.

Project Walk Kansas City is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping improve the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries. Located in Overland Park, Kansas, Project Walk-Kansas City offers an intense exercised based recovery program for individuals with spinal cord injuries. Our goal is to improve and enrich the lives of those individuals suffering from a spinal cord injury through the use of state-of-the-art recovery methods, motivation, and education in a supportive environment.

We, along with the rest of the world, hope for a cure for paralysis in our lifetime. Regardless of whether the cure comes in 5, 10 or 50 years, we believe that individuals with spinal cord and other neurological injuries should pursue increased physical functionality and fitness. While researchers seek the remedy, our mission is to improve the lives and functionality of individuals with these injuries by providing an environment in which to rehabilitate, recover and stay fit.
Push to Walk
Push to Walk offers specialized one-on-one workouts for people with spinal cord injuries and paralysis who want to regain strength, function and independence. Using the principles of weight bearing, whole body exercises and repetitions, we design individualized workouts to help each person reach his or her goals. Our gym is a very positive yet challenging environment, offering information, resources and camaraderie in addition to exercise workouts.
Project Walk Austin
Project Walk Austin is a physical training program for people with spinal cord injuries where hard work leads to greater confidence, independence, mobility,…and Hope. Our mission is to help people regain their lives on their feet and out of their chairs. We want to provide improved quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries and other disabilities through intense exercise-based recovery programs, education, support, encouragement and financial assistance. We believe that, by providing an uplifting atmosphere full of committed trainers and clients, we will keep hope alive for those that have had it all but crushed.
