NSCIA Board Member Joins Accessible Racing Team

Drivers with Disabilities to Race Against Able-Bodied Drivers in Modified Race Cars in Reality Show

Accessible Racing of New Hampshire named six celebrity drivers for their Accessible Racing Driving Experience Reality Show including Veronica Gonnnello (able bodied), who is a National Spinal Cord Injury Association (NSCIA) board member, Abilities Expo Show Manager and Accessible Racing Board Member. Gonnello is joined by Madonna Long, Domonic Corradin, Ian Brown, Kimberley Barreda, Colleen Macort and Cameron Shaw-Doran as drivers for Hanaford Racing in this first of its kind program. Filming will be held June 13 - 14, 2008 in Andover, MA and North Woodstock, NH.

Able bodied drivers can register for the event and filming at www.accessibleracing.com. Registration is open for 10 positions in Andover. Be part of the filming and race against the Celebrity Accessible Racing Team. Pre Registration is $750 closes June 5th. After June 5th, registration is $1,000.00 USD.

The event begins with driving and course instruction on a skid pad and autocross course in the morning culminating in a final runoff featuring Accessible Racing Drivers vs. Peddle Pushing All Stars in the hand controlled modified Accessible Racing racecar.

Individuals will advance from Andover to the final round of competition at held at White Mountain Motor sports Park nestled in the White Mountains of Woodstock, NH.
