About ENs and the EN Report Card

An EN is a private or public entity that participates in the Ticket to Work program and provides employment, vocational rehabilitation, or other support services to persons who receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits because of a disability. The EN Report Card helps beneficiaries make informed choices regarding their selection of an EN under the Ticket to Work program. The report card is essential to informing ENs about the service expectations and level of satisfaction of Ticket to Work participants and identifies areas in which it may improve performance under the program.

We have already received some input from the public which we have taken into consideration in drafting a proposed revision.
